SERVICESZÜND Service Corporation provides a wide range of service options for the ZÜND line of flatbed plotters.This includes the P Line, which was discontinued in 1997, as well as the PN Series which includes the M, L and XL series.

PHONE SUPPORT:For customers covered under a service contract we offer unlimited toll-free phone support. For those customers not covered there is a nominal charge for technical support

SERVICE CONTRACTS:We offer service one year or multi-year service contracts that include unlimited toll free telephone support, yearly maintenance visit, replacement spare parts as well as follow up training.

NEW INSTALLATIONS:We provide complete installation services including new systems and relocation of existing tables.

ON-SITE REPAIRS:We also offer many service options for customers that are not covered under a service contract. These include hourly plus expense service trips or flat rate quotes.

MAINTENANCE VISITS:Again, for customers covered under a service contract the maintenance visit is performed on a regular basis. For those not covered, maintenance visits can be scheduled. The preventative maintenance visit is designed to maintain the performance of themachine, decrease the risk of costly breakdowns and help maintain the value of themachine.

SALES / APPLICATION SUPPORT:We work with many industry specific re-sellers and offer sales assistance with your specific applications needs. We can offer assistance in software selection, tooling options, as well as general information regarding the ZÜND line of equipment. With our wide range of application knowledge we can many times help solve application problems resulting from improper tool adjustment, table settings and tool or head selection.
